Dear Team Members,

Over the last month, we’ve embarked on the internal roll out of our Center for Community Well-Being Strategic Framework and what this means for our LA Y team. The Roadshows and conversations have been an incredible step for us as an Association as we listen to heartfelt stories, explore the various aspects of the LA Y’s vision and create a pathway forward, together. These meetings have reaffirmed so much of what I already knew – that the LA Y team is strong, nurturing and ready to move mountains.

It is the two-way discussion, filled with thoughtful questions and dynamic responses that continues to make me so proud to lead the LA Y team. Every one of you inspires me with your dedication and insight.  As we continue to visit each region, I am hopeful that we will continue to have this type of dynamic conversation. We enjoy hearing your perspectives and truly believe that together we will create the solutions of tomorrow.
