Do You Know the LA Y's Vision?
Test Your Knowledge and Show Off Those Skills!

Part of our responsibility as an employer is to communicate what we do as an organization in a clear and understandable way. While each Team Member starts to explore our vision and goals early on in their Y career, it’s the experiences throughout employment that help define this for each of us.
While you'll hear more about this in the coming months, we're interested in learning more about how our Team Members articulate what the LA Y aims to do in our communities as a baseline.

Think YOU have a good understanding of what our organization is all about? Take our Vision & Goals Quiz! Send us a screenshot of the pop-up that shows you've completed the quiz and you'll be entered to win one of our new LA Y french terry bomber jackets (men's and women's sizes avaialble). The quiz will be open through the end of the month, with one name being drawn on May 24th and another on May 31st.

Columbia Sportswear Company Store Access
Our partners at Columbia Sportswear are offering LA Y Team Members the opportunity to shop in their company store with exclusive company passes once again! From May 24-June 16th, all LA Y employees are able to take advantage of this private shopping experience for Columbia Employees and Community Program Partners; it is not open to the public. Items are marked between 40%-60% below retail prices. The Columbia company store carries their family of brands, including Columbia, SOREL, Mountain Hardwear, and prAna.

To shop, print out a copy of this PDF invitation and bring to the store along with verification of employment at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Invites are valid for you and up to four guests. The offer is valid in-store only. The Employee Store carries the current season collection across the 4 brands.
