Scheduled Updates for the Learning and Career Development Center (LCDC)

Big changes are coming to the Learning & Career Development Center (LCDC)! These updates, rolling out later this Spring, will make trainings easier to access for Y team members. These changes focus on clearer course options, better online learning, and simpler paths for leadership and certification trainings. More details will be shared as updates roll out. In the meantime, we recommend that you download a copy of your Y training transcript to help prepare for the transition!

Congratulations to Our Raffle Winners!

In December, we asked all LA Y team members to participate in a survey designed to gauge understanding of our Y's impact and vision. With 676 team members participating, we had a great turnout that will help guide discussions, trainings and programs this year! As promised, three names were randomly selected from those who participated to receive raffle prizes! Please join us in congratulating Alexis Romero (Santa Anita), Noah Kyle (Culver-Palms) and Lori Edwards (Mid Valley)! We will be in touch shortly with more info on your prizes! Thank you to everyone who participated!

New APILN Leadership!

Please join us in welcoming Junaid Rasul as the new Chair of our APILN ERG! We look forward to the energy, ideas, and vision he’ll bring to the role!
