The Team Member of the Month models the Y’s Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility and leverages their influence and insight to pursue positive change.

Team Member Appreciation Week |
Last week, Team Members from across the LA Y gathered to have fun, connect with each and share their interpretations of themed dress-up days. It was so much fun to see what everyone came up with! LA Y Team Members truly are the most wonderful, creative and caring team to exist!

5 Things to Discover in Paycom |
On October 1, the LA Y officially launched the new Paycom HR & Payroll system. Our Team Members have been incredible during this transition - completing checklists, reviewing trainings and showing up to help others navigate the system. While we continue to learn everything there is to learn about Paycom, here are the things we're currently raving about:
5. The functionality to search and apply for jobs internally through the Company Information section.
4. The ability to view and approve upcoming paychecks in advance with Approve My Check.
3. Total control of your data which will mean less confusion, more accuracy and more efficiency.
2. The ability to self-manage timecard adjustments with Punch Change Requests.

The Regional Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience, or REMLE, is a dynamic learning experience designed to motivate multicultural staff, deepen their connection with the Movement, discover their potential as cause-driven leaders and grow their careers in the Y.
